Things I’ve Learned on Twitter

Image
Things I’ve Learned on Twitter Someone said I should be able to learn quickly. There’s nothing wrong with that! Everyone knows the classic advice of making friends with new people but at the same time, those friends don’t come at the same pace to learn from. What the internet (and the platforms) don’t give is the time to practice taking in a world of avatars, memes, or non-fiction. There’s always no quick answer. Just wait for someone else to start. This can be true in many fields of life. The one time I came on Twitter, I was in a very high school psychology class, but I had to take a computer science course online, so I never really knew much about computers, coding, and the coding process. I went on because there was always someone in my class that seemed so crazy, though I knew what they were up to. If you come across a bunch of the people you liked, there’s a good chance you’ll see the posts of at least one that didn’t belong to the class. There’s no right or wrong way to s...

Coolest thing in Google

Image
The Coolest Thing I’ve Found in Google One thing I wish I had in the past. It’s also the thing that I’m getting to do very shortly.  Like many of you, I would say that I’m in the process of building out a web app that is a bit of an all-in-one blogging app. We have some JavaScript components, some VueJs, some React elements (which are becoming our own), some little JSX to help with small features, and we have a few pretty light ads in there as well. That’s about all we’ve got. And so far, I haven’t built something more than a skeleton of a functional app, but I’m working very, very hard on it. And after having spent the last few months of my life learning HTML and JavaScript and VueJs, I’m starting to understand things. And I think the one thing I am realizing is that getting to know things and practicing knowing things in-depth is a key step in being able to do anything and everything on your own, especially if you’re following a Bootcamp method of doing things. And I’m doi...

You’re On The Right Path

Image
How to Know You’re On The Right Path What are some of the questions you might be getting asked during this chaotic season of complete chaos? How would you sum up what it is like to be a part of the whole pandemic? Here are three questions that made me realize just how right my life path is: 1. Why do I like being disruptive? When you’re in a large, chaotic environment, it’s good to question the norms of society. We can all tell you, we really like the chaos. We can understand better the different sections of our society if they are a little more prone to change their regulations or things about the way they operate. Being in a large environment with an ever-changing world you’re surrounded by just makes the disruptions more complete. You could shake up the dining room table of your day-to-day life at your restaurant or home or business; there would be a vacuum left. As a human that has the ability to think and analyze the world, sometimes we feel comfortable doing whatever we’re ...

Dream Big Enough

Image
Dream Big Enough When a person dreams they’re dreaming about something which they’re passionate about, thinking to themselves and their thoughts about the relevant information, senses, personality, environment, etc. Once one goes through your mind, dreams change a lot and they are very important aspects of life. People around me don’t take our dreams seriously. Dreams need to be analyzed and evaluated to be useful. Sometimes, a dream can be life-changing. Sometimes, it will never make any meaningful influence on a person's life. “All dreams are shit” is the usual response, but if you read the reverse you might actually be more taken up and be able to see what you are really thinking and calculating in your mind. I also know “good dreams” will fall in the same category as “bad dreams”; that is they are just, perhaps, a little bit more mundane, but maybe the core element of the original dream doesn’t even exist. I believe some dreams are so meaningful that people will never give up...

Why I Blog

Image
πŸ’• Why I Blog πŸ’• Dear fellow blogger, Being a blogger is still new to me but I’m beginning to realize the benefits that blogging offers. I hope that I’m able to write some more of my secrets and important life skills. I soon learned that blogging is something that is really part of his day-to-day existence. It also seems to be a major hobby of his as well. I genuinely wanted to try blogging out as a lifestyle because it is a great way to connect with the community and write. It was an easy choice of getting to know other bloggers as well. From meeting some new friends and introducing myself to others. Before I knew it I had already met the first of my core group of local writers. Most of my bloggers are not strangers in my small circle of family. They are my best friends and it was incredibly difficult telling someone that you were leaving them a long way from home. Being a blogger is not for everyone. It is quite time-consuming but, I am sure that I’ll learn to love it. I’m lea...
