So, let me tell you how running changed my life. 🏃 Mindset: A huge change in how I view my life is a mindset. If you are not strong then running will defeat you and take over your entire body. But, if you are strong then your mind is strong, so running can be a good thing. 🏃 Exercise and endurance: A running mindset can be very bad for your body if you do not have it in your life, but once you learn the "run" lifestyle you are rewarded for your good behavior.   💕 Why I Blog 💕 Dear fellow blogger, Being a blogger is still new to me but I’m beginning to realize the benefits that blogging offers. I hope that I’m able to write some more of my secrets and important life skills. I soon learned that blogging is something that is really part of his day-to-day existence. It also seems to be a major hobby of his as well. I genuinely wanted to try blogging out as a lifestyle because it is a great way to connect with the community and write. It was an easy choice of getting to know other bloggers as well. From meeting some new friends and introducing myself to others. What is Self-Love?     Self-love is self-discipline.   Self-love is about knowing what is right, what is good for you. Self-love is not about freedom; It is not about thinking that only you are the best, only you can do everything you want. It is not about to think “ who the hell are you to teach me I know everything ”. These all are wrong thinking about self-love.       Self-love is the most powerful thing we can do.
