Self-Love is Self-discipline
What is Self-Love?
Self-love is self-discipline. Self-love is about knowing what is right, what is good for you. Self-love is not about freedom; It is not about thinking that only you are the best, only you can do everything you want. It is not about to think “who the hell are you to teach me I know everything”. These all are wrong thinking about self-love.
Self-love is the most powerful thing we can do. Have a mind that's hospitable to everything and attached to nothing. Having an open mind doesn’t mean blame with all of the items that you simply are taught by others. It means opening yourself up to the potential and to the likelihood that anything and everything is feasible.
Most people have issues like their minds want something different like they want to learn and do some work, but they have no control over their actions. Their action goes in the wrong direction like they start playing games, scrolling Facebook, and spending time with friends instead of doing something productive.
If your end goal is your body and mind, then you are in love with yourself. Taking care of your mind by reading books and taking care of the body by exercising and eating healthy is self-love.
If you are using your body for pleasure, you are not in love with yourself. If you can do the right thing with yourself alone, this is called self-love.

It's so simple but hard to do:
You smoke for the first time and u got pleasure but also you know that it is bad for your health and u cannot stop smoking that is not self-love if you can control yourself that is bad for your health, I would not smoke again is self-love. Smoking gives you pleasure so you are in love with pleasures, not yourself because it is destroying your health, your body. That’s why I called self-love is self-discipline.
Self-discipline: do the right thing for yourself. Even when nobody knows you're doing the proper/right thing, will always bring the proper/right thing to you. you only got to do the proper/right thing and therefore the right thing will follow you even when people don’t support it.
You must find a way to serve. Not everybody is often famous, but everybody is often great. Because greatness is determined by service.(Martin Luther King)
There's no cheating. Just choosing:
There is the main problem with people when they see that person who has more than them who are more successful than them, they get jealous, they are in a doubt with their selves. Because of this jealousy, they cannot see the good they have; they cannot learn the right thing from that person.
Stop getting jealous of others just try to learn from them what right thing they have done. Don’t compare yourself with others you are the best in your own way just follow your self-discipline you will get what you deserve.
Life does not give you what you want, life gives you what you deserve.
Positive Self-Talk:
Negative emotions cause systema nervosum chaos, while positive emotions bring the systema nervosum into alignment. We make the best choices for our careers, for our lives, for our relationships, and for our health once we come from a positive emotional space.
All we want is a connection, we want love, we want only positive self-talk, we want to feel loved and connected to people not because of how we look but because of who we are on the inside. We need to connect with high vibes people. Try to live in gratitude.
Love the body and Life you have, and you will have the body and life you love.
