Most people would like to feel more productive, especially after hours of digital distraction. The best way to stay focused is to make sure that you focus on what you’re doing. For example, take on an active role in your own activity and don’t accept a passive role in your client. Once you start being proactive in a client’s life, you’ll notice a spike in productivity. You also have more perspective, so this time is less of a drop in productivity. When you start being responsible in your own life, you’ll start feeling self-confident in yourself.

Find someone who is concerned for your own health and well-being. If you’re a healthy-minded person, you’ll be a good listener and maybe even be interested in what other people are having. Take accountability in your own life Check to see what your friends or even your family are doing to get off to a healthy start. Do you know someone that is already doing this? You’ll know beforehand what the outcome of the date is, so if you take the date, you don’t spend four or five days looking for the person. If there are not many dates scheduled to get you into the dating world, you can actually meet someone you like.
Being secure in yourself and not feeling as though you’re married to your busy lifestyle means that you have the chance to find a date who isn’t too anxious to get out of your shadow. Even if you’re out there on a date after date, be open to dating someone just to be better with yourself.
Work on you This whole process takes some work. You will have to get out of your comfort zone and accept things as they are. This means you will have to get better at relationships. But the most important thing you have to do to improve your productivity is to find a way to improve your quality of life. The only way to get a person to love you as you are is to treat yourself as you would love them.
Give yourself a break Breaking the illusion of you being a perfectionist is important. You have to remember what you’re doing and what you’re here for. If you’re not being productive, you’re not doing yourself any good. You have to stop putting all your trust in whoever your friends and family pick. You’ll be surprised at how easy it is. Be honest in your approach to clients. Make it clear that you’re being honest with them. You have to understand that you can’t be there for them all the time. Taking this step will free you up a little bit.
Before you start, get your hands wet. Find out what you are doing to keep your job and be a healthy person. Just like an efficient client, when you take on more responsibility, you get paid and you can pay your rent. This is one of the best ways to improve your productivity.
