You will never fail a Job Interview

YOU WILL NEVER FAIL A JOB INTERVIEW

People usually fear getting job interviews to fail and they give up. They consider themself as a LOOSER. Their courage has died after so many rejections so they never try back. But the fact that there are two rules that you will never fail a job interview. HOW and WHY?

In this article, I will let you know about these two simple and valuable rules. These rules will help you never give a wrong answer on a job interview and to face the interviewer as relaxed as possible can be:

Rule 1. You need only one job.

Rule 2. You are not there to ask for a favor.

Rule no. 1: You need only one Job:

Many companies often get hundreds of applications for a single job that may result in your receiving many rejections and no response at all. But it doesn’t matter, you need not write regular letters, you need to write a booklet of your work experience, your education, your personal passion, and what you are looking for in a job. Hope that this would stand out in a pile of hundreds of applications. You need only one job, and you will get it if you persist.

Take deep research about what kind of job you want, their requirements, why you apply here, what do you know about this job, and what you can offer them. Try to find the feeling of purpose in a job.

In the start, send your applications to the company where you are not so willing to get a job (just in order to know how they take the interview, and how they ask questions) you will get rejections and no response, just keep trying and ask for friends about the company job opening. When you start getting a call for interviews.

  • Arrive on time.
  • Just be confident about your skills.
  • what you can offer to them.
  • Dressed like a professional.
  • Make eye contact with them.
  • Give a good response to interview questions.
  • Try to understand what they will be expected from you.
  • You need to show the good personality traits that they want to see.
  • You need to show them a positive attitude.
  • You need to show enthusiasm.
  • You have to ask many questions.

If you don’t ask many questions, they will be worry that you don’t care what type of job you end up with, maybe you just want any job or you are desperate.  After so many rejections and failed job interviews you will be able to handle the interviewer questions.

Now send your application where you are aiming for a job. It takes only one person to say yes to have an opportunity for you to take a step forward for your future. You need to keep trying with patience and diligence; you will find that one job at some point. It doesn’t matter whether it takes weeks, months, or a year. If you clear the first point of entry, every next step will be easier for you. For every future job, you will have more experience, both in knowing what you want and recognizing what you have to offer to a company.

Rule no. 2: You are not there to ask for a favor:

If you are inexperienced and looking for your first career opportunity that you always have something to offer. Realize you are not looking for just any job, but for the job that is meaningful for you and that makes you feel that you want to work there. Make every job interview a two-way conversation, with that mindset you will never fail a job interview.

Don’t be settle for just any job because you are not there to ask for a favor, you are not there to beg for a job; you have something to offer in return. Try to find a job that perfectly matches your ambitions for the upcoming years and to work with nice people in a nice environment. If you are more conscious of both the skills and the skills that still needed to develop. Try to find a job that allows you to build on the skills you have and that allows you to expand your experience.

When you go for an interview don’t sell yourself just find out whether the job is a good match for you and whether you are a good match for the job. When you find out the perfect match suddenly you come to know that the person is sitting on the other side of the table is equal to you. You are not just only to begging for an opportunity. You both are two people who are trying to get to know each other to make a meaningful assessment of the value of working together.

It is not just the interviewer asking questions, you also have to ask many questions that would help you to get a clear picture of what kind of job look like, what the company looks like, what career opportunity there would be. It is hard to find good people and how happy you are when you find someone you seem to be both a strong professional and a nice person to work with.

All these experiences will help you to see that atmosphere of equality in job interviews is very important. That makes the conversation more human and takes away potential nervousness so that you can be your best self.

In addition, a good match is based not only on talent and experience but also on your personality is a match to the company culture and to the people you will work with directly. Try to talk with your future colleagues when you go there for an interview. If you actually get a job, you will have to work with them every single day. So, it makes sense to assess whether you would feel comfortable as a person working with these people on a daily basis.

If you give answers that are meaningful to you but not to the other person you are talking to thinks that are rubbish, that probably means there is not a good match between you two. If that results you are not getting the job. Consider that a functional type of self-selection.

Again, you are not there to ask for a favor; you are there to assess how good and how valuable it will be for you. That mindset will help you be a pleasant conversational partner for the people on the other side of the table. Make sure you know what you are looking for.

If you commit to giving you search the time and effort that it takes to find what you want, it is inevitable that you will succeed. You Need Only One Job, and after all the people on the other side of the table are looking for a great colleague too!
