Everyone is different and has their own thing differently, but running can completely change everyone for the better. So, let me tell you how running changed my life.



🏃Mindset:

A huge change in how I view my life is a mindset. If you are not strong then running will defeat you and take over your entire body. But, if you are strong then your mind is strong, so running can be a good thing.


🏃Exercise and endurance:

A running mindset can be very bad for your body if you do not have it in your life, but once you learn the "run" lifestyle you are rewarded for your good behavior. In other words, if you start working out you reap the benefits and you will have a good attitude.

🏃Physical endurance:


Running has developed my physical endurance in so many ways. I consider myself quite a weak, slow runner, but I don't know what I would do with my physical strength if I didn't run. A strong running mindset can be very beneficial for exercise and your body in general. Physical endurance is only made possible by working out in order to build a strong running mind. The more you run you get stronger and more able to do it from day one. You will be able to move better and you will get a good metabolism; if you ever feel fatigued I highly recommend running as well.


🏃Feel Good About Yourself:

I am not one for the whole "high heels" lifestyle, but I think that running has made me feel extremely comfortable in my skin. I honestly do not think that running is that bad. But, I think that running alone can improve your mood. You can say a running head feels good, so your body feels good too. I actually do not know how to write things down so I don't remember what I say and what I feel. But on a good day, I can feel relaxed and glad about life. I know that running alone can help me a lot with my mood, but I know that in my mind it can be even better.


🏃Family & Friends:

Doing running is great for your ego and for your family and friends as well. As a person, I must say that I would rather be above people for it helps me be happy. A running habit has contributed to improving my relationship with my family. There has also been a big improvement in my marriage as well. Just from the way I interact with people and run, I have improved my communication with people around me.



🏃Boosts your Self-esteem:

Doing running is not only good for your body and mind, but it boosts your self-esteem as well. Before you start running and think it's not for you, it would be very hard to believe that if you are not making out, then you don't know yourself as well as you think. So, start running and one day you will know why people do exercise. It is great for your stress and your mood. The better you train for your mood, the more you will have an easier time running.


🏃Your mood has been boosted:

People always find it hard to believe what running is for. But, if you just look back at your past, and check that there was no exercise, you will understand why it is for everybody. Even when you have not been running and you already understand your own mindset, it is still very good to try running as a form of exercise. I am working my way back to my running trajectory after a medical procedure. I still have many people who think I am stupid, but you can do it without feeling stupid. The point is to exercise and get better you will be "better than ever" in time for another race.
