Mobile Phone Addiction

How to get rid of mobile phone addiction

I can’t believe this topic is still considered controversial. It’s okay to discuss in your brain but we need to know what we’re talking about.

A couple of weeks ago I was browsing Twitter. And I saw a trending article about how people can get rid of their phone addiction. There is now a more intelligent argument than Facebook and Instagram I’ll turn my eye to one more subject. I felt that I was one of the lonely ones because I don’t tend to accept all their arguments. It’s okay for me to argue with them but I don’t seem to understand where they think they are right. I’m wondering and trying to figure out how to get rid of that addiction. I found an analogy I tried to figure out how to stop phone addiction.

Wanting something usually helps, it’s not a bad thing, so why cannot this happen with certain technological devices?

If you have an unlimited data plan, like Twitter is, then you should throw your phone into the nearest tree. Phone addiction is not a good habit. Of course, the person probably won't answer your question. They won’t be able to see all those trees but they will only notice the noise. It will turn their phone off. All these products won’t always be there. Maybe nobody will answer or talk to you but they will simply notice that something really was. This effect will decrease the reasons a person has to hold their phone.

There is also the byproduct and benefit of this behavior to be considered. If a person with phone addiction reaches a crisis situation, such as death, they only will thank it for helping them as they don’t care about it. But If the person’s life is in danger, like those animals who have the same issues then maybe they will consider giving it back to their owners.

If they can’t put their phone away then they will probably kick or hit their phone. Not every person will have the luxury to do this. But I think there’s still a small percentage of people who would do this out of their own free will. But in addition to death, maybe making yourself feel bad is just a justification for your phone addiction. If you felt sad after watching that video that means you’re trying to go out of your head and it’s also your psychological needs. When you spend 20 minutes on WhatsApp, every other snarky comment, and 3 hours doing nothing, you are really consuming content for yourself.

If you don’t have a long attention span, like 12mins or 15mins then a fast loading screen will get you irritated quickly. So you do your best to stop keeping up with the headlines. They also distract you from work, friends, and you don’t use it for fun, instead of trying to survive, it will change your day for the worse.

Do you think you can beat your phone addiction, that’s the best part? The 2017 app maker that’s famous for their strategies has evolved into their next platform — free buds.

However, everything they do will be within their industry for free, which means it will be in other industries or other industries also a freebie. The factors that motivate them not to charge for it will be weight. What would motivate any company that wants to be successful to charge more? Their strategy is for free apps and brand recognition but they could have made it even better but they gave it away.

One of the biggest worries is, who in your circle of friends and family will get this freebie- who will receive this free app, and for how long? Is it you looking to make an impact, is it you just wanting to impress other people by having something free? No business would set a product with no profit as a freebie, so if the company decided to charge for it in the future, we have to assume that would occur. If you want to be your best business, it’s going to take a lot of money.

Here are a few, general suggestions if you want to find better ways to get rid of smartphone addiction. Just don’t be fooled by the actual benefits as there are thousands and millions of users, you’re not the only one, so who can get this good? It’s not so easy to work for something and get those kinds of results.

So if you think about the benefits, don’t be deceived by anyone into downloading this app to yourself, it's like any company advertising these applications and taking out their confidence.
