Relax, Take a Mini-Vacation
Relax, Take a mini-vacation
6 days ago I shared my struggle in Learn to Relax classes at learningabout.com and that is still going, but not with my main problem. I was frustrated about the 20 weeks of yoga work, where I trained 2 to 3 days a week for two hours. It is due to my health problems. I did not want to quit the class, though I have been designing for a long time. I had no idea how to relax.
I remembered how I can relax when I was at an indoor beach party. My teachers showed me how to relax. I also remember how I would make most of my friends relax that night. Now, in almost all groups, it doesn’t matter what type of activity is happening, if I am present, I am relaxed. When I am not with others, I am relaxed on my own but still not so calm. I am not so frustrated that I work or become frustrated if we talk about yoga, but even sometimes, the small things are not relaxing for me.
Having a stress exercise or yoga class is not the solution, it’s the meditative nature of it. After doing the first session of yoga, we are supposed to relax. It is my basic idea but it’s not necessarily accurate. Before I leave the class I feel I am going to relax but before I leave the class my blood beats harder. Do you want to tell me something about your body that surprises you?
People around me are frustrated that the stress classes don’t work but I tell them the stress class makes my mind relaxed.
I don’t take it lightly when the stress classes don’t work because I get depressed. It is very easy for me not to be able to relax. I am very very busy with my classes and morning work. I am busy trying to catch up and finish my tasks. I feel very exhausted. I couldn’t do one day and those days I have been sad. I don’t think stress classes really help me relax. You cannot take the stress off the brain. By looking at the stress of people you have just started, you will know if you need a stress exercise or a stress app.
In stressful situations, taking stress off the brain is often hard to control. You don’t have a lot of choices and that’s where apps are helpful to the rest of your body, but the part of the brain that controls your stress responses isn’t exactly trained to control the stress app. Anxiety and stress fluctuate and sometimes, there’s too much of it and it becomes too much. It is always good to take stress relief from the stress app. The stress relief app doesn’t make one change but brings some relief to your mind.
I do enjoy my stress relief because I am so tired and running out of energy and sometimes it almost feels like no matter what, I will never be able to relax because of the running around. My core weakness is fatigue and I need to find a good part of my mind for relaxation. I try to show and teach stress relief. I tell everyone I teach stress relief how it works. When people approach me to do their stress relief and tell me their stories, I feel that I can help. Stress relief is something you can start with yourself to control your stress. Stress relief isn’t something you can simply show off like fake breathing to the people around you, stress can destroy you, and you don’t have to allow stress to destroy you.
You need to get to the root of your stress when you get your heart rate up, i.e. when you are working. You have a responsibility to set the right mood for the next day. You need to take care of yourself to get out of stress. Find ways to stop the stress in your life. Stress is something that is always there and easily avoids but sometimes things hit you hard and it’s hard to stop. I choose stress relief as my stressful medication even though it’s not my main reason why. My favorite way of stress relief is meditation, meditation aids in improved daily living, a balanced life, a peaceful mind, which will help you relax when you meditate.
“Stress should be a powerful driving force, not an obstacle.”
